Recipe: Banana Muffins

Banana Muffins
If you have overripe bananas, you can turn them into a sweet, moist banana muffin and best of all it takes hardly anytime to make!
Preparation
Cooking time: Approximately 25 minutes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Makes: 12 Large Muffins or 24 Small Muffins
Ingredients
- 4 large bananas
- 3/4 cup brown or white sugar
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mash the bananas in a bowl, and then add the sugar, eggs and melted butter and combine.
- In another bowl add the baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour and mix.
- Mix both wet and dry ingredients just until they are combined.
- Grease your muffin tin and evenly separate the mixture.
- Bake them for approximately 25 minutes.

Yummy!! Can’t wait to try this out!
Try adding some crushed walnuts, really goes well with this recipe.
