<h1>Banana Muffins</h1>
<p>If you have overripe bananas, you can turn them into a sweet, moist banana muffin and best of all it takes hardly anytime to make!</p>
<h1>Preparation</h1>
<p><strong>Cooking time:</strong> Approximately 25 minutes</p>
<p><strong>Preparation time:</strong> 15 minutes</p>
<p><strong>Makes:</strong> 12 Large Muffins or 24 Small Muffins</p>
<h1>Ingredients</h1>
<ul>
<li>4 large bananas</li>
<li>3/4 cup brown or white sugar</li>
<li>1 slightly beaten egg</li>
<li>1/3 cup melted butter</li>
<li>2 teaspoon baking powder</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups flour</li>
</ul>
<h1>Method</h1>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)</li>
<li>Mash the bananas in a bowl, and then add the sugar, eggs and melted butter and combine.</li>
<li>In another bowl add the baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour and mix.</li>
<li>Mix both wet and dry ingredients just until they are combined.</li>
<li>Grease your muffin tin and evenly separate the mixture.</li>
<li>Bake them for approximately 25 minutes.</li>
